Glass minnows or better know as anchovies, are a major food source for the marine life around the coast of Florida. Our glass minnows are wild-caught and free from artificial additives and preservatives. We dehydrate the minnows for almost half a day which ensures a moisture content of less than 10%. A low moisture content means that the minnows stay fresh longer.
